That Gorgeous Evening Glow

I’ve been dreaming of backlit love shots for about 6 months now…. but what with all my commercial work and family shoots needing to revolve around baby friendly hours…. not much had been working on that front!

But last month I finally found a family who were not only completely relaxed about keeping their wee one up until 8.30pm…. but also braving gale force winds and freezing cold March weather! (Unfortunately not unusual down in these parts…)

That evening we trekked up to the highest point I could find, and caught the beautiful light I’d been dreaming of.

It was all worth it in the end!
