Fleur’s Place in Moeraki has long been one of the Otago region’s best food experiences – serving up the freshest seafood, right off the dock in front of the beautifully built restaurant.
I love Fleur’s. The food is beyond comparison in the area – simple flavours treated right, amazing decor and a super relaxed atmosphere. You can sit inside at one of the big old wooden tables, or relax outside with the view of the sea and seagulls hovering overhead.
Fleur forages daily for Moeraki’s hidden food treasures – and on any given day you may find wild mushrooms, herbs and heritage vegetables on the menu, all sourced from the surrounding area. A beautiful accompaniment to the local seafood on the menu!
